Jordan has been an amazing trainer since I started with her a couple months ago, I was very skeptical about ever getting a personal trainer because I’m not big on asking for someone’s help. But what made it easier was knowing her personally and having our first one on one conversation about my goals and where I want to be. She made everything so comforting and easy for me to make my decision to go with her as my trainer.

Each session is always different ,exciting and fun if you enjoy being active. She focus’s on your weak points in your body to make sure everything is caught up with the rest of your body. She is very good with explaining what she is doing and why is she making you do certain workouts. Sort of a “Method to the madness” type of thing. She will always ask you how your body feels, water intake, sleep and how you been eating before every session.

She is very a relate-able person and very understanding with your personal life. Jordan is very understanding when you need to cancel a session even last minute if need be. She understands we have our own personal problems/struggles. Jordan would just like us to reschedule ASAP with her if you have to cancel that’s all she asks of her clients.

If you’re looking for a trainer Jordan is the way to go! She is very knowledgeable about the body and how each workout helps the body move and push it to it’s full capability. She never pushes you past your limits. Jordan is a great motivator and inspiration to have around through your fitness journey.

I am here to guide, teach, and grow with you physically and mentally. If you so allow it and dedicate your life to yourself (As you should!). Now, we just might so change your life in the ways you dream and desire. It is my duty to hold you accountable and keep you disciplined when it comes to your fitness and life goals. No one said it would be easy, but no one also said you had to go it alone.

 


About Me

MY NAME IS Jordan Miller

My passion for health and fitness started at a very young age. As a young girl, sports and athletics really caught my undivided attention. I participated and played in almost every sport a child could and did so even into my adult years. With my childhood knowledge, skill set, and experience, I set out on a journey to make this my career. I have received multiple certifications including NASM, NCSF, TC24 (24 hour fitness), NESTA, and PT GLOBAL. I have serviced over 6100 session in my career and met the needs and goals of a wide range of individuals in my 6 years as a Personal Trainer.

Just recently, I made the decision to put an emphasis on my passion and career on a deeper, more intimate and spiritual level by becoming a certified life coach. When it comes to being a personal trainer I not only focus on the physical goals of the client, but I am an aid and a bond to living a better, healthier, and more fulfilling life. As a life coach my goal is not to tell you how to live your life, but rather, be the assistance in getting you living the life YOU want to live. Get YOU to where you want to go. Get YOU to be who YOU want to be. while overcoming obstacles and defining new accomplishments along the way. I thrive when my clients thrive, and my biggest goal is for each of my clients to accomplish their goals.

And, even more recently I added “Mother” to my resume. I’ve begun a whole new in-depth understanding of the meaning of what life is. I’ll share what I learn along the way, but one thing is for certain, I understand the craziness and busyness behind most of our every day personal lives. I am here to bridge the gap between the time and excuses you may have for yourself and get you feeling and looking your best everyday. I constantly remind myself as well as my clients, the better you are to yourself, the better you are to those around you. Whether I am your Personal Trainer, Life Coach, or just a connection in between... I am honored, from the bottom of my heart, to do what I can to help you.
