Fitness Coaching

In my career I have observed a lot of online fitness coaches and my highest priority is to make sure each and every one of my clients are treated as the individual they are. Each human has different needs, wants, and goals and it is my own personal goal to bridge the gap between the three. With my personalized Fitness Coaching, we’re going to work together to get you to your ultimate goal by focusing on short term goals and building lifetime fitness habits. This includes but is not limited to nutrition, weight lifting, flexibility, and even your individual mindset. It is NOT my duty to be your coach forever or hold your hand, but rather be your coach just long enough so you can sustain the discipline and desire for the long run on your very own. Heck, even share and give away the knowledge I am prepared to share with you along the way.

  • 6 Week Coaching

My 6 week coaching program is one of your best bet’s in getting your fitness journey started if you’re having doubts within yourself and an even better bet in kicking your workouts, physique, and lifestyle up a notch. My coaching is not for individuals whom are not ready to commit to themselves and their goals. I need you to bring your all, be ready for one of the greatest changes you can make for yourself, and be ready give me your best. As a single mother and dedicated fitness and life professional, I know how busy life can get, but I’m not here to let you make excuses for yourself. If you’re dream is to finally break the cycle and make the change, lets make it happen together, now.

My 6 coaching includes but is not limited to:

  • Skype/Face-Time 1 hour initial detailed physical assessment

  • Mobility assessment

  • Programming (6 weeks)

  • Nutrition

  • (6) 1 hour Weekly Check in’s

    Skype/Face-Time

  • Weight and Goal Tracking

  • Changes to program as necessary

  • Changes to nutrition program as necessary

  • Exercise Videos library

  • Text/DM Support (always reply within 3 hours max)

 

  • 18 Week Coaching

My 18 week program in comparison to my 6 week is for more dedicated and determined individuals. Its length allows me to capture and really bring to life your most ideal physique and goals. The longevity of this coaching program also gives us more time to get down to the root of not only your physical capabilities but mental idealism around fitness as well.

My 18 week coaching includes but is not limited to:

Home & Gym Programs

Each Program for both at home and at the gym are 6 weeks long in duration. Each program is focused on developing all parts of your fitness from strength to agility, balance, endurance, volume, mobility, and so on. I have done my absolute best to provide the most effective and exciting program for every potential client. These programs meet the general fitness and wellness demands of the human body as well as meet the broadest range of fitness and wellness goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, and cardiac health. Each program holds a focus of progressive overload and the exercise selection and specific programming gets more difficult with each phase. As I understand Personal Training and Coaching is an investment and if you’re not certain if you can make the commitment, my programs are a great option for you. Now its up to you if the Gym or Home program is a more realistic and consistent option for you, but there’s no room for excuses here.
