I’ve made this program as specific as possible for this given goal and the basic needs of the human body . The movement patterns and the progressions are specific, Hypertrophy and progressive overload is dramatically applied. I am firm on these two proven lifting concepts and I’m confident this program will aid you on ward to your biggest goals and achievements, but I cannot stress enough the severity that you keep your calories in higher and your Macro’s in control. The fun is both in the gym and outside of the gym with this program.
