With my Personalized 6 week Fitness and Nutritional Program, my focus is to idealize a program based solely on your personal goals, bodily needs, and capabilities. While aligning them with your hours outside of the gym.
Based on our first initial video/face time (your preference) assessment. I will design a program within no later than 48 hours to the call. We will go over physical abilities, form corrections, injury correction/prevention, nutritional habits, lifestyle, support systems, and much more. We will continue to reassess in the middle of the program and again, at the end of your program.
If you ever have any questions/concerns/changes that need to be made, rest assured, ill always be available to help in all the ways I can. I’m only satisfied once my client has met their goals and reached their full potential.
